Well Audrie, this was a lot of fun looking at Tim Holtz site for inspiration.
Used his idea for Perfect Distress using Perfect Pearls over wet ink!
Started this bg doing a WFD background and did this three times to achieve the richer colors.
Then stenciled in with blue small little swirls, covering them using a brush with Perfect Pearls. What a wonderful shine to the card using the Pearls!!
Also added Perfect Pearls to the dolphins after adding just a hint of color. TFL!

All your cards today are beautiful.....but this one actually made me gasp when I opened it. It is absolutely gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!!!! I don't know how you achieved 'light' but I'm off to find Tim's tutorial!
