I think I need lots of practice on these technique things. I don't own any stencils, but I found several tree "stencils" that I had cut from a burger box bottom to make a card last week. They worked well as the back is shiny and they could be used more than once without getting soggy.
I inked the back of the "stencil" with Peeled Paint and sprayed and stamped. The first one had one solid side and one striped side. (box is corrugated) Not good. This one looked pretty good when I stamped it, but the tree looked sort of "fuzzy" instead of having a distinct outside, so I used a fine tip black marker to make it more distinct. I still didn't like the look so I added the treble clef. Now I think it needs a sentiment, but I have not figured out how to do that yet. I think a small die cut word would work but that will be when I send it, and will fit the occasion. Thanks for looking.
