 | | I made this for my son's friend who is turning 17 today. He likes nature and is a good kid.
I started with my images and worked my way from there. I stamped in artichoke, then decided to use an oval nesty and also thought that might be good for the sentiment. Then I used scalloped nesties for the mat, which are in espresso.
I knew I wanted slate, and I used ef with diaganol look to it. Then I found this cool ribbon that is like a charcoal with black striped in it. I cut the pieces to make it look like a present. I mounted those before I mounted the image and sentiment.
I thought the blank space needed something so I added black brads to finish off the look. then I mounted it to basic grey for my base.
