I knew I was going to sponge the bg, and wanted the sponging to closely align with the flower, so first I used the die to make a "stencil" out of thin paper. Then I marked very lightly with pencil several points that would help me to know roughly where to sponge each color. Removed my stencil and then sponged and then splattered with diluted inks of the same colors - and also some diluted white acrylic paint. Stamped sentiment, and assembled with the die cut rose and sequins. So fun!
