Shhhhhh, I still haven't finished the housework. About to go and wash all the floors now that DH has gone out, but while I was on the phone to my Dad (usually about an hour), I got sketchy and made another card for KellyJean's Pencil Me In TLC challenge.
Stamped the image on white paper with Memories Soft Grey. Pencilled away and away while listening to my dad, brief interlude while I looked up his cell-phone manual to remind him how to do something.
Stamped the sentiment, doodled round the edges. The cut out banner bits have been on my desk for a good while - I simply stapled them on, and sponged round the edge of the card front with ColorBox Black ink. It's almost too dark for a photo, but I think the colour representation is actually pretty accurate given that my watermark has almost disappeared on the white card-front.
Banners were stamped on old BG paper - Sugar Rush, I think.

Good idea to work while you talk Sabrina...maybe I can call my Dad later and do another after Bible study tonight! Love the way your banner pops in the otherwise b/w setting and the penciled image looks great framed with your doodling.

The housework can wait. In 6 months you'll have to do it all again anyway!! Love the "herd".

Cute!! The gang is all here to celebrate a birthday. The pencil sketching looks great. The banners are a nice touch. Really cute. Your story reminds me of myself on the phone. I have to be doing something else at the same time, ie. folding towels, cutting coupons, etc... I'm a multi-tasker. I never thought to sketch. You might be onto something! Nonetheless, your card is great. TFS
Aren't you a wonderful multi-tasker!!!! This is soooo fun! The Herd is perfect for pencil!!! Shhh...I never got my house clean before my hubs showed up either. :( I did give him a great prequel birthday though and tomorrow is a surprise hiking day (if he is well enough) so I guess he didn't really notice the house! LOL
