This was a one-step Papercasting - since fluid chalks don't bleed I could ink my stamp then put on my 6 layers of toilet paper - wet it and pressed it into the stamp. When dry I tore away the excess toilet paper. I found it was much easier to tear away one layer at a time ( not so stressful on my casting). I decided to make this card very monotone so the casting was truly the focal point of the card.

Your nightmare didn't put you off trying again!! Well done you. Hmmm, I have a couple of fluid chalk pads, I didn't think of using them. Thanks for educating me. The soft torn edges add a great snowy feel!

This is nice. The inking of yours is awesome, didn't know about fluid chalks not bleeding etc., good info. You are much too hard on yourself, your cards are beautiful.
