This sun stamp lent itself to the paper piercing challenge. I stamped the image in Summer Sun (seemed fitting), then just choose dots to punch. I matted this on the Goldenrod paper and then punched a strip of the Doily Border and cut it in half to edge the top and bottom. Sentiment stamped then punched and sponged. Double punched again in golden rod, cut in half (different direction each time) and used as mat for sentiment. Added the sequin flowers and brads and put a gem on the butterfly and added it.

WOWZA!! That is some piercing!!! That sun stamp worked really well for a piercing challenge....how creative of you to think to use that. I think both cards are great!

Excellent Spring card. I love the colors so much!!! And adding that gem to the butterfly what a difference. I shall keep that in mind for the next time I use one. And the piercing wow, that must have taken some time. I hope you are not making these for a swap, that would take forever. Altho the other swappers would love you that is for sure. Awesome work!!!!
