First I stamped & embossed my image on blue Cardstock. Then using a Q-tip, I applied Bleach to my image (do this in a WELL ventilated area - also test your cardstock before-hand as I had one blue turn GREEN instead of the expected white when I applied bleach) Once the bleach had thoroughly dried, I used waterColor paints to color my image. Mounted first on red confetti on which I used my corner adorner and then onto my white confetti card base.
