Hello everyone,
So glad to be playing along in this weeks sketch challenge.
I thought this was a perfect sketch for a manly card(Birthday) and I wanted to ink up this Vintage Auto stamp I have from I Brake For Stamps! It was simple to do, as I just stamped it in black ink, and colored with E57 (Brown) and the chrome in C5, T0 , I did add some glossy accents as well.
The HAPPY is done with American Crafts Thickers, and birthday will be stamped inside.
And lastly I added some sewing for my embellishing on this manly card today.
Its funny, as I was taking the photo's I felt like something was missing from it.....hehehehee LIKE a BIG BOW! hahahaha No I'm tease'n but I did feel like I should have added some brads or something. oh well next time
Thank you for todays sketch challenge!!
Hugs to all,
Cheryl

Oh! I LOVE this! It is hard to make stunning masculine cards.
I happen to have some little car images, they are more whimsical, but I think they would work with the right papers. like you have used to showcase this one..
thanks for the inspiration, time to get out the mini sewing machine out too.. always love the look of stitching-it makes a card pop..
Have a great day
