Wow -I just love the cows that Texas Artist Kathleen McElwaine draws - what a wonderful inspiration for us today Lydia - and thanks for hosting the challenge for Audrie!
Since I didn't have a good cow or frog stamp (loved that one too!) to use - I went with her red poppies .
They immediately reminded me of a two stamp Water Color Poppies set from Rubbernecker that I have - which actually has the outline piece as a separate stamp - but I didn't use it - opting to squiggle the lines for this challenge.
So I colored the poppy stamp with Ranger Distress Markers - spritzed it with water - and then stamped it onto watercolor paper. Then I drew the outlines and squiggles using an 03 Micron Black pen. I also hand drew the grass to ground the flowers - colored over the grass with the Forest Moss Marker and spritzed with water to bleed it. Then I stamped the Happy Birthday and added the enamel dots. I layered the watercolor panel to a white card base.
Wishing everyone celebrating - a joyous Easter tomorrow!

Very pretty Julia and good for you drawing in the black outlines and not using your outline stamp ;) . I like the watery grass and the enamel dot accents on this, too. Happy Easter to you!
