When I saw in the VSN supply list something about hair...well it got me wondering. I got this idea last night but was just too tired after a day of stamping to make another card. When I looked through my book of stamped images and I saw this 50's or 60's girl with sort of a flip hairstyle I pondered...hmmm..who else would look good (or silly) in this hairstyle? I tried it on a few different heads and it was between two Viva Las Vegas stamps (if you want weird..that's the place to go!). So I stamped the girl three times and colored her hair and then fussy cut the flips. I decided to keep the man unaltered as those mutton chops (for those who don't know those are the extra hairy sideburns) really up'd the silliness. Hope you find it amusing..I had a blast making it! Thanks Carla!

Polly,
This is so funny! Love the different hair colors and so fitting sitting on that guy with those big side burns!! Without the hair color sort of reminded me of the olden days with the guys hair long!

What a cool card for Carla's challenge, you rocked her idea! That hair gives your man a very Seventies look to me - he reminds me of a character in a TV series we used to watch (when we finally got a TV!!). The striped ricrac-style border is boggling my eyes (but I am very tired today already), but is perfectly in keeping with the whole feel of the card.
