I've been pretty busy lately - retirement does not mean sleeping late and lolling about! Finally back into crafting. I took a nostalgic trip back to the 70s for colour the other day. I absolutely love working with yellows, oranges, browns and greens. I used a memory box die for the Daisies, and a ric-rac die from some place in the distant past. I sponged the edge of the ric-rac with wild honey distress ink, and layered the die cuts on two brown cardstock layers. Cardstock used: Bazzill and Reflections brand from Michaels. The card base is made from 120 lb white cardstock from Staples. I wanted to keep everything simple, and I think I succeed.
