I was so inspired by the couple of cards I did get to see that, when DH rang to say he'd be late home from work, I had to give it a go.
I made a beautiful background - it was so lovely I didn't want to stamp on it.
But I stamped the verse, and it was good.
I stamped the tree from Season of Friendship, and it was still good.
I stamped the best leafy finish on that tree that I have ever done - it was very good.
And then I didn't listen to the small inner voice that told me not to try stamping a bird because there wasn't enough room to fit one, to use a die-cut. And it was ruined...
So I turned it over and made a far less pretty background on the other side, and turned it into an underwater scene.
I nearly ruined my Marvy markers too, pressing too hard! Had to get the pliers and pull three nibs back out .
Thanks to Robin I had the Memory Box die-cut, which I embossed with Iridescent Ice, and misted the extra fishies with homemade mister. After stamping the verse, I stamped some seaweed and coral in very soft grey, and added a few dabs of Stickles. Mounted on a black base and called it done.

I love the background, and the dies. Lovely card. The splash of orange from the fish make a great focal point. I really like the nautical die. It makes the perfect accent for the card.

Wow, Sabrina!! If the other side of your creation was more beautiful than this side, it had to be extraordinarily beautiful! I'm sorry for what you experienced; however, the final outcome is remarkable!!!

I am so amazed at the dies the manufacturers are churning out. So intricate and eye catching. Your card is beautiful, Sabrina. And I am with you on trying to finesse that last little bit
