What a fun egg board!! I went with this egg pin . It caught my eye right away because I knew I had just the right stamp from Red Lead and I also had recently received some fabulous musical paper from Sabrina in a "tickle" that I thought would be perfect. I distressed the paper and dyed the cheesecloth and lace using distress inks. I also used distress inks to paint the eggs. The other bits and pieces came from my stash...the lace and buttons from my old button and trims collection from my mom and grandpa (the tailor). The little twig like thing was made using some open weave burlap that I took apart. If you're wondering how I attach some of this stuff....Gel Medium..it's great for heavier embellishments and collage.

You are truly an expert at mixed media techniques! I look forward to seeing what components you will put together because they always come together so beautifully! WOW! Vintage perfection!

Sabrina loves music, so it's not surprise that she sent this pretty music sheet your way, Polly! I like the cheesecloth and twig thingy under your eggs! What a great Easter card reminding us what lies ahead~
