One of my favorite places is the Japanese Gardens in Portland, Oregon. I received this die cut, and added brown and grey inks to the stencil, and partially framed it with blues to represent the sky. Went with gold embossed stars for the Celestial challenge.

That blue fabric is a stunning backdrop to the negative leaves. This really does evoke the serenity of a Japanese garden to me.
Funny story, many years ago I was taking a European "high-up" on a tour of a garden here, which contains within it a small Japanese garden. He was highly entertained at the presence of quite a lot of most un-authentic cordyline palm trees.
