I made this for Sonja's challenge, to use heat. She lists some great tutorials, so make sure to check them out! I haven't used shrink plastic in a while, so I pulled some out. It's been so long since I used the frosted one that I totally forgot there was no point colouring the BACK of the stamped image as I always do with the clear, sigh.... The Snoopy image was already coloured and sitting on my desk, I just die-cut the edge along the bottom. The blue paper is Everyday with Barkley embossed with TH ef, sponged with Tumbled Glass and some Iridescent Ice ep added - for another use of heat.
Shrink plastic tag - Just Celebrate stamped on with StazOn, the label punched out, the image coloured with Sharpies and then strung on Mizuhiki cord and stuck to the base.
After reading Sonja's full original write-up, I realised that we were really meant to try out new heat techniques, so I did in fact make another card for her challenge, using a technique that I've been wanting to try for a long time.
All the challenges will be found on the master challenge thread which is HERE.

Thank you for playing in my challenge! The shiny shrink plastic looks great on the sparkly blue cord and embossing powder is always a heat classic. Such fun accents on this card.
