I love making my own stationery! I enjoy handwriting notes to co-workers and friends when I want to show them how much I really appreciate them! Just a single stamp can do so much to personalize a short note and envelope. Even if they are not into handmade cards, they will appreciate the extra something-something of the personalized note of gratitude!
What fun small images can be, it always makes me happy to see the big smiles that result from such a small gesture.
Won't you join in and have some fun with us! Dare to be inspired!
Hugs,
Audrie
P.S. Sorry about the Gerber Dime in the top of the photo (it had nothing to do with the note - I used it to fix the nib and didn't notice it in the pic until I uploaded - LOL).....and there's another funny part of the story; I took the photo via Flashlight tonight because my photo lights blew out.

Your hand~writing is lovely, Audrie! My dear husband joined me at Christmas in practicing calligraphy, with me just learning...I didn't realize until we dove in that I need left handed nibs! Still practicing. I agree with you, people so enjoy hand written notes. I especially like how you tied the envelope to the card...

How lovely it will be when the recipient opens the decorated envelope ... a beautiful hand written letter. I am away from home but will peep at the gallery when I can.

oooh you have a cool pen. ( yep, I seen the card and envelope too and that is fabulous) but, I keep being drawn to the nib holder wondering how that feels to hold it.
