What a couple of great challenges today with the MIX160 'Faces' and F4A313 'Masculine Heart'. I tried hard to think outside the box, actually 238,855 miles outside...
The über hip love arrow was part of Michael's Recollections Valentines offerings. Multiple arrows and a die. Isn't my man in the moon handsome...what a face only a mother could love, right? I fussy cut the sentiment from an Impression Obsession sentiment, using only parts of it. I love the direction sentiments and quotes are going these days with mixed fonts...but I don't want to 'invest' in a bunch of new stamps...so I am cutting out words I want and combining them in fresh ways. Here the LOVE and 'u' and '2' stood in for the "I love you to the moon and back. It's not as polished a look, but you know, I am just not a fancy girl. Wink.
This card is going to my &d. He has always loved the moon and it's been awhile since I reminded him.
Thanks for stopping by.

Your moon man is kind of weird and I mean that in a good way (I like weird)...how creative! You come up with some of the best cards Susan..always thinking out of the box. Your technique with using differnt words from different sentiments is so clever and fresh to use your word. What a fun card!

I agree with Polly, Susan, I love seeing your takes on the challenges and where your creative mind takes you - this is just fantastic with the moonface and I love how you did the sentiment!
