Just a spin on a card I did earlier, but this time with cheery colors for a birthday invitation. Inside, I slipped a computer printout with the details. To make this card:
1. Cut 5 1/2 strip from standard white cardstock. Fold.
2. Cut snowflake paper 5 1/4 x 4." Adhere to top of folded card.
3. Cut another 5 1/2 strip form white cs. With a pencil lightly sketch about one inch from shortest edge. Tear to make snow drifts being careful not to tear into guide line. Erase pencil. Adhere to bottom of card.
4. Cut 2 x 3 3/4" white rectangle.
5. Ink image, cover unwanted sentiment on stamp with scotch tape, stamp on white rectangle so that only penguin with cake is transferred. Color.
6. Ink sentiment from Let's Party. Use tape to cover unwanted snowflake under words. Use the stamp-a-ma-jig to position words above penguin.
7. Cut a black rectangle and blue rectangle to matt image.
8. Adhere so it looks like penguin is walking on snowdrift.
