I started out on something totally different, abandoned it and started over. We were suppose to use a coloring page design on our card...you know all those new coloring books for adults?? So I copied a page of the one I have called Color Me Calm. I made it into an envelope and highlighted with a copper krylon. The bg is a gelli print that I made 2 weeks ago with my niece. We must have made gelli prints for 3 hours that day....we had so much fun! The edge of that is embossed with platinum ep. I added the German scrap wings and heart as accents and the little cupid is from Red Lead. I may now go back to my original idea and see if it looks better to me and make that into a card..hmmm

I like the way you have your cupid looking at the coloring page!! It takes so long to color some of those pages, and this works really great. I'm glad you had fun with your niece making gelli plate bg. That's sweet!! :>)

A beautiful vintage card, Polly. I like the pattern on the envy and the heart. Your background is gorgeous, and I agree, many of the adult coloring pages are so detailed, I'm overwhelmed before I begin to color.

Wonderful card...and a great sample...it got me to do the challenge when I saw only a portion of your card(the envelope) was the highly patterned coloring page. Your card is precious, vintage, and oh so, "Polly" with your little fellow, German scrap and great mix of colors. Thanks!
