The big yellow teapot and the blue on it inspired this tickle for our Tuesday Teapot Challenge this week. We are supposed to share a dream that came true. My Mom's dream for both us girls was to get our education, and she inspired us girls to have the same dream. I turned 40 first, but did finally get my college degree, after our kids both were in college! So it is never too late!
I thought I would share that we always had tea parties as little girls and had tea sets. Now, have a collection of tea pots, tea dishes and my daughter and granddaughter have tea parties using teapots from my collection. In fact every Christmas DD's friend and her girls come over too. For years we have done this and they pick out their own teapots, even now that they are older they still like to pick out a teapot!
This is also for our Alphabet challenge. B is for Ballet Blue, and Blessings. Thanks for looking.

Way to go Sharon and thank you for sharing your wonderful stories. Your card is fabulous, I love the big yellow teapot and cup. The ribbon and little trinkets look terrific against the brilliant blue embossed background.

You have a teapot collection, Sharon? I must ask you to pick one the next time I am hostess, I have exhausted all the few I have, and these days have to resort to Google. Your dream sounds like one you had to work at, but how wonderful that you made it come true. The little charms are a sweet finishing touch.

Beautiful in blue and yellow. Love the tie-in with the sentiment. What a blessing for you to achieve the dream that your mother had for you. Congratulations! I love teapots and tea parties, so I love your card. Beautiful card for both challenges! TFS
