I created this card for my brother's 40th birthday, which will be this summer. (I'm also submitting it to Kristina Werner's Mail Call for January 2016, which is birthday cards.) I created the "Happy Birthday!" greeting in Photoshop, and printed it on 2 narrow strips of cream cardstock. I used 2 layers of foam tape to pop up the guitar pick, and glued the greeting banners so they are sticking out from underneath it. I used Staz-on to stamp the 40 on the guitar pick. I'm really happy with the way this turned out!
