If you haven't already checked out Shirley Qu's Friday free 4 all challenge, you might really want to do that.
Shirley had asked us to go through our stash and pull out a new image or an image that hasn't been used in oh so long.
Here's my PB image I've had for 5 or 6 months.
Instead of using pencils, I decided to color with vinca gold and turquoise. This stuff is so hard to smudge on paper, I decided to try adding a drop of water to the pods. It's not as easy to shade as it is with WC'ing, but it glosses over paper beautifully. So, if you've got something around you have yet to ink up, check out this challenge.

Oh, she just pops off the page! Fantastic image, and I love how you used partial coloring. Wonderful bg papers, too. This is awesome!

Anne, I love, love, love this card. The image is awesome and I sure like the pretty blue dress you put on that gal. Thanks, so much for joining the F4A challenge.

Oh my goodness, this is stunning, Anne. I love this image and the complete card. If that is the same as Inka Gold, I add water drops to mine, too. It makes it good as new. Fav'd

Wow, Anne, this is incredible. First of all that image is to die for and I love your coloring and how it pops off the background. I've never used that medium before. I saw you comment on one of Benzi's cards that you do the same ole' thing and not any techniques, but it looks like you may have done so here. I, on the other hand, am terrible at using other mediums. It's one of my goals for this year. Great job as always.

Great looking card, Anne. The glamorous gal in aqua has me trying to figure out what European(Italian) city she is visiting. I'm guessing Venice with what looks like gondolas on a canal and a bldg that looks like the Ca' d'Oro. Like the bg as a pen/ink sketch and she is the only element colored.

Oh I love this Vickie -- I really love everything you did here - the black and turquoise colors are beautiful together.
