Challenge WT566 is to depict something from your little part of the world. I live on the Gulf Coast in the Panhandle of Florida known as the Emerald Coast. Our beaches are sugar white sand with emerald seas and beautiful sunsets.

Just a beautiful depiction of beach, ocean and sky - this has such a dreamy look to it. I love the gulf coast of Florida, and we hope to be heading in that direction in a few weeks for a little vacation!

Oh man, you make me want to come and experience your beaches. Ours are mostly stony and of course the Atlantic isn't exactly warm. Your sponging is beautiful, creating the feel of the sun going down and warm sand between my toes.

Somewhere I've been ... yaay! I spent some time working in a hospital in Panama City. My host family took me to Seaside and I have never seen anything so wonderful - and you have captured my memory of the shops and houses, all in ice-cream colours. Thanks for this x

I agree with Sandie you have really captures the colors of beach houses, sky sand and sea in this card! I am headed for Mexico beach in another week. Probably just a little south of you. I love the beaches along the Emerald coast! They are gorgeous. Although the last few years when we go there it is about the same temp as we have here in TX. But that is not bad for January and February temperatures. The closest beach to me (Galveston) is not a beautiful sand beach. It is a unique city but the beach is definitely not the best. We have to get south as far as Corpus Christi or Padre Island to get the pretty sand.

The colors on your cards are SOOO pretty!! Your area is gorgeous and I wish I were there right now...it's very cold here in January and February and March..well you get the idea..always good to go somewhere warm these months.
