I live pretty much equal distance between Baltimore and DC, but I relate more to DC because I work there. I hadn't used my Cricut in years but needed a good representation of DC, and this cartridge had a great image of the White House.

Oh how lovely, another Cricut user today - and what a wonderful cut you've made -I must check out the cartridge. My family had a great USA holiday last year and my grandchildren still talk about The White House - we are hearing a lot about your elections now!

How fun to be close to Washington DC. It has been about 13 years since I was in DC and I loved the wonderful monuments there. The White House was closed the day I was there so I was not able to take a tour. I sure hope someday to get back and take my little guy there I am sure he would love it as he loves history. Very lovely card.

Love the clean look of your card.....the added ribbon is perfect. I always thought it would be wonderful to visit when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. Thanks for sharing your corner of the world.

I know that place. I used to work down the street at the Treasury Dept. and would sometimes eat lunch in the park across the street.
A great way to show your corner of the world.
