Fun challenge today! I love making snow/snowmen cards. After I stamped the cute Umbrella Snowman w/ Memento & colored with Copics, I overstamped w/ Versafine (it was still in my Misti), then die cut w/ a little out of the box to keep from cutting the umbrella. I then die cut it again using the next smallest die, brayered the cut off frame then put it back.
The stripes on the front were embossed on an angle & just on the one corner for a little interest (this is actually the back side or debossed side of the folder). The partial I Love Snow greeting was stamped onto a pennant which was colored around the edges w/ Copics & the die cut Snow was added below. The extra snowflakes were die cut from the Snow die.The largest layer was also brayered & stamped on top w/ the Beaded String bg.
Thanks so much for looking! Closeups, the inside & Copic colors are on my blog: The Write Stuff

I love this adorable card, Julie. Making snowman cards is my favorite (though, I didn't do that today). Your yellow birds and out of the box umbrella just add to the goodness of this card. Your snow sentiment is so cute.

The thin, colorful frames on this card are amazing, Julie. Making one frame would have used up all of my patience. I always love your out of the box technique, and even though I have watched your tutorial multiple times, I never get the great results that you do. Pinned and faved.

Wow Julie!! Totally darling card and I love every single thing you did to it!! You are sooo creative! We have to get together so that I can give you a big hug (so that some of your creativity can rub off on me of course! Heehee).
Love how you brayered the framing on the outside and then stamped it with a bg stamp and how you tied it together brayering your image frame! The die cut snow is awesome and the partial embossing is wonderful! Love it! Thanks for playing! (Oh, I forgot, I totally LOVE that cute snowman with umbrella!)

I love the look of your embossed diagonal lines and the "snow" die cut is terrific with the cut out snowflake in the "o". That snowman is so unique, too, with his cheerful umbrella.
