I went with a Christmas thank-you card: the Sizzix dies and the washi tape I used for the "tablecloth" were both part of a gift.
The table is SU Hardwood stamped with Walnut Stain on a scrap of kraft.
For the tablecloth I stuck several strips of washi tape to white card and used the Floral Oval die.
For the flower vase, I used a large oval die to cut the shape from pearlescent card, and trimmed off part of it. Then I stamped the paisley stamp and sponged it with some yellow, then did the Cracked Glass technique.
Background is IO Cracked Paint stamped with Iced Spruce on white card.
The flowers were stamped on white card with fired brick and sponged slightly with Antique Linen after cutting, to tone down the bright white. Some are popped up on foam dots. I added some trailing foliage, and then a toothpick sprayed with gold paint as a plant pick to hold the thank-you tag, which was die-cut from a scrap of paper.

Terrific thank you card! LOVE how your crackled glass "vase" turned out. Nice-looking poinsettias and the tiny bird is a great touch. Nice sentiment tag, too. HAPPY NEW YEAR, SABRINA!
