I am playing along with Ally's pretty SC572 Challenge this evening.
I spent a very rainy day in and out of stores today with my daughter. She had a Christmas Gift Card to spend (we have already enjoyed our festivities due to work schedule) and I needed a few supplies. I think the rain kept shoppers at home because it was a not a zoo out there. We were most fortunate that the forecasted thunderstorms did not show up!
As soon as we returned home I sat down to work on this fabulous sketch! I am featuring a stamp and die from Sweet 'N Sassy Stamps. I really love this tree branch. It's so wonderfully full! The bird actually has feet but I thought he would look best if his feet were tucked under his body so I used a method our friend Susie Australia talks about using on many of her masterpieces!
I have kept this card sentimentless since I am not sure if I will make it into a Thank You, Winter Wishes or a Christmas card for 2016.
Thanks for looking and I hope you have a wonderful rest of the week!

Wow! Angie, your card is beautiful. I love that red bird against those snowy branches. And, your dp is so pretty, too.
Glad the weather wasn't too bad for your shopping day. We had a tornado warning around 7 pm and hit safety but all turned out o.k. except for some small limbs down in the back yard. I know many today haven't been as fortunate. So sad.
