I started this card yesterday. This pin of Polly's reminded me of those antique brads SU came out with a few years ago, which I love, promptly stocked up on and RARELY use. It reminded me of a particular one, but it didn't work....it was too big...but this one worked perfectly. The hardest part of this card was getting the tiles straight....it was very difficult. I'm thinking of somehow making a stencil or something that would help the process.
Beautiful, beautiful board Polly....thanks so much for sharing....and thanks for another great challenge Audrie!!
EDIT: Bless Audrie's heart.....if you look at her tip in her comment on my card.....you'll see what I finally did. It was driving me crazy to I pulled it apart and re-did it using Audrie's advice. Thank you, my friend!

This is so beautiful....wonderfully vintage feel, but could also have eastern influences! Beautifully inspired design! Tip: When I do tiles I place the corners first, then the center. That makes it easier to place the others. ;)

Thanks for playing today Jo! Your tiled card is so pretty and a fun way to show off stamped image and that lovely brad..I can see why you stocked up on those.

Simply outstanding, JoJo. I totally see where your inspiration came from on this one. Love all those sq's and the little elements you placed on top of some of them.
