This was such a cool challenge! This background piece is actually my third try. My first two came out very dark due to using way too much reinker. For this third piece, I just used whatever was left on the brush from piece #2, and I got this gorgeous blizzard-y looking sky.
I just had to pair this with some winter dies, so I used the leftover pieces of glossy cardstock and die cut the trees and the sleigh. I stamped the sentiment on another piece of glossy cardstock and heat set it.
Oh - and the glitter in the sky? That is actually covering up the tiny little broken pieces of hair from the brush I used to spread the reinker and Crystal Effects. LOL! Where there's a will, there's a way, right? Hee hee hee!

Really gives the effect of a chilly sky, with lots of details to engage the eye.
Thanks for playing in Dec 2015 VSN.

Holly, It's beatuiful! LOL at the bits of brush hair - better than your own hair, and the glitter looks great. I added some to mine to since I wasn't that happy with it. It makes a fab background for those dies.
