I started by creating my own velvety-soft white glitter paper by adhering a Sookwang (Scor-Tape/Be Creative) adhesive sheet on a sheet of Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 80 lb. cardstock, then covering with Glitter Ritz Transparent Micro Fine Glitter in Cool Highlight, rubbing firmly with my fingers till no glitter came off. Then I stamped the Inkadinkado Filigree Snowman and "Joy" sentiment in Ranger Archival Jet Black ink right on top of the glitter (a technique I learned from Heartfelt Creations).
The fold I learned from a Splitcoaststampers tutorial. I then embellished with two tiny jingle bells, three glitter snowflakes that I punched using the McGill Alphine Snowflake, and some clear adhesive gems. I finished by punching a border at the top with the EK Success Morocco Lace edger punch and sponging most of the edges of the card with ink.
It was a lot of fun and just makes me smile. I think the snowman really captures the joy of the season.
