A birthday card for a dear friend, who used to live beside me. She is a beautiful, very elegant lady, so I used this die cut I received from Dea. The oval and the sentiment were die cut from a piece of glossy paper that I used the alcohol ink technique. it almost looks like a mirror IRL. It has been sitting on my desk for almost a year. The rolled roses were die cut from an old envelope, and the dragonfly was coloured and fussy cut last summer, also still on my desk in a container.

They are both lovely cards, Ina, but I like the simplicity of this one without the blue roses. The attention stays focused on your elegantly gowned gal. Your friends will love your card.
