Hello, sweet friends! I hope all my friends in the States had a wonderful Thanksgiving! And of course, today starts with Black Friday through Cyber Monday with the Christmas shopping madness. And there are just so many sales going on in stores and online!
Anyway, here's my cute "snowdude" that is from Power Poppy that I was able to finish late yesterday. Just had another increase in medication, so I was sort of like a zombie through lunchtime - ha! But I did manage to color him up and decided to go simple with this layout and a single piece of DP. I used a new stitched banner die that worked for him and still left room for the sentiment. Thought it was appropriate for a card being sent from someone who lives in South Florida, eh? I still have lots more cards to make, but this is another one down.
Since it's Black Friday, there is a big storewide sale at Power Poppy, and this cute image with a snowy background and a cute sentiment are available for $1 through Monday night.

Oh Sister.....this is so adorably sweet! I have a soft side for snowmen, and this lil guy is huggable. Wonderful work! Squishies....

Cheryl...I can tell this snowman has a warm heart (just like you!). He has berries on his arms just waiting for the sweet little birds to come and fill their little tummies. I see he has a nice thick Beautiful scarf and matching cap which means someone loves him very much. The trees are a great bg and the red ribbon and the fine red frame around the banner are the Perfect touch.

Cheryl, your coloring is superb! I particularly like your shadowing around the snowman and the wonderful way you did the snow! The stitched banner is perfect for him! Fantastic!

Oh, Cheryl I love that adorable image and that die goes perfectly with it. I've never seen that die used before. I love how you put slight shadowing on your snowman. I will use your example of how to color my next snowman. I usually just sparkle him up, so it won't be noticed I don't know how to color it!!!! HA! I looks perfect with the b/g dp. You were able to use the patterned papers and yet still keep the snowman image as your focal point. I want to be you when I grow up! Glad to hear your meds are helping more. I am mad, I haven't gotten an e-mail yet about this new card after I subscribed to your gallery. Maybe it is just late. It better work as I don't want to miss a single one of your beauties!
