My card today is for SC567. Using the technique that's being featured on the homepage.
Outer Space Background Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
Made the sky, ice and snow. Colored the bears, cut out. I did cover up some of the sketch when adhering the bears. This really is a fun technique to try for a night sky. It will need a bigger envelope with the image being off the page. TFL
