It's dark here already at 4 - I'll take a better photo tomorrow.
Sheesh, I didn't think my first attempt at camouflage die-cuts through any more than I did my first attempt at inlaid die-cuts. You'd think I'd have had the sense to choose a solid shape, but apparently not. And once started, I wasn't going to give up.
Since it was my first try at the technique, which is another one I missed when we were away camping, I pretty much followed the description Anne gave in TLC540.
I decided to go for a sort of split negative look when layering it, and used sponge and spritz on the blue side of the square, and spattered the white side with some dilute tumbled glass re-inker, as it looked too spartan. Well, the whole card does, but that's another story...
Tied gold cord round two of the corners, popped the snowflake panel up on foam tape and added a gem in the centre.
Here's my card that I revisited: WT437 Mixed Layers. I think I wish I'd used a darker blue for this. If I have a couple of hours to spare again I might try it!!

Stunning! Love your card. The turquoise and white are great. Love the snowflake and the circle. The gold scallop edges are awesome. Beautifully done. TFS
