I bought this stamp for HYCCT maybe three years ago, and try to use it each year. Ceal's "Survivor" challenge seemed like a good time to pull it out and combine it with the MIX and F4A challenges, which were both Fall Colours.
Ha - that could be grey, here. But I used vivid yellows, oranges and red with some purple (blackberries!), green and gold.
The base layer is Brushos on damp card, with some chunky gold EP. For the sentiment panel, I stamped and embossed it with white, then scribbled Gelatos over it and softened them (and removed them from the embossing) with a baby-wipe. It's edged with red and matted onto textured white card, then popped up on foam.
I added a deep purple and gold butterfly - and have, since the photo, picked out the bit of gold that got left in one of the wings. 3.30 in the afternoon here and it's already too dark for a good photo so I didn't go back downstairs to take another one.

Wonderful card, Sabrina! I love the BG panel with the tiny flecks of gold and the colors you used behind the sentiment! Definitely a card of encouragement!

I doh't know where to start...each element of your card is perfectly selected and placed. If it were music, it would be worthy of Mozart. Gorgeous colors and wounderful textures. The butterfly is the perfect finishing touch. Just gorgeous.
