 | | Here is my second card for KelliJo's HYCCT1526 challenge "I Believe In Prayers, Love and Fairy Dust" - Make a card with a SPUNKY little FAIRY on it!!!!
The image was stamped and colored before scanning into Photoshop. I added the background, drop shadows and the sentiment and printed it on white cs. I used a black Wink of Stella rollerball pen to go over the outline and highlighted her wings and wand with Gelly Roll Stardust pens. She may not be sassy, but she's pretty darn cute!
