This was a great challenge, since I always want to color my flowers with copics!
This uses Stampin Up's happy watercolor stamp set. I first inked the swoosh and stamped it off on scratch paper, then stamped on my project's paper. Over that, I stamped the big florals. This project really came together when I found that patterned background paper in a stack of Dear Lizzy paper (I think it was the serendipity line).
The floral image is matted on glitter paper, and the sentiment is from Clearly Besotted.

Oh I so agree this came together beautifully! That sparkle border panel was such a great idea to separate the main image from the bg panel! It's a winner!!
