Another card without a plan. I wanted to do Angie's HYCCT1522 to use the wrinkle free distress technique. I also decided to try this week's beautiful CC colors. Finally, this week's WT challenge to use a book theme helped me decide what to do when I felt that the bg needed something - i stamped the script from SU french foliage. Once the bg was done and I had stamped the flowers, I highlighted the fliwers with colorsoft pencils. I added grey shading around the flowers for more definition. TFL, Francie

Oh wow, Francie!!! Why didn't I see this before I went and listed my favourites. Darned notifications still aren't working is why, sigh... It's beautiful. I was telling myself I really didn't need those TH flowers, but maybe they should go on my Christmas list after seeing this. It makes me think of our visit to Monet's garden!

Stunning card, Francie! I love the way you placed the flowers on the rich background, and enhanced them with additional color and shading. The script is subtle but really adds interest to the overall effect. Beautiful!
