So, when Lori first issued her Hope you can cling to challenge seen here ( to do an ombre technique) I had never tried this. ( ever ) so, this card was my first attempt, and I think the fact that I started with the ship stamped first and then stopped and started dragging the colors across made it feel a little choppy ( which is probably OK for an ocean scene) but, the ombre effect does not come through that clearly with it being at the horizon level. I did flip the panel and do the water down from the sky, and you know same thing the most ink is at the waterline for the sky also. anyways, I thought I would post this because, it is in my box to be mailed to MD Anderson. tfl.
Are you playing along with us? If not, you're missing out on the chance to lift the spirits of women battling breast cancer at MD Anderson, and also on prizes from your favorite crafty companies. So what are you waiting for? Go stamp something pretty!

Stacy, I love that ship and your sentiment is great for your challenge. Choppy is good for the ocean.
