Do you remember the Hanging Chads? Most of those scallops did not cut all the way through. I had to use my piercing tool to get them to come out, which was a lot of work. That's why I call this my Baby Chad card.
This was cut from with my Silhouette Cameo. I purchased the design from Crafts U Print. The designer is Tina Fitch.

Oh, Gail, this is gorgeous, and I agree - all that work was really worth it! It's stunning, and I love how you've air-brushed the blue! And, oh do we ever remember the hanging chads!!!! They were in Palm Beach County where we live - yikes! Nothing we are proud of - haha! Thanks for sharing this beautiful card! Hugs!

What an exquisite card, Gail. You're a master with air brushing. Im too afraid to even try it. The color and the sophistication of your die is gorgeous.
