I made this necklace for a jewlery swap I'm in. I was really pleased with the way it turned out. I was inspired by some of the microscope slide pendants Cyndy Lyles did, but couldn't find the materials to make them, so when I ran across these flat glass beads I thought I'd try them out.

Thanks for the compliments! I found the beads at Michaels, they were on sale this week (still kinda expensive though, $2.99 for 4 beads). The brand is called Crystal Innovations, here's a link:

OH how pretty, I love to make my own jewelry and since this has a dragonfly on it, I may just have to try and case. (I collect almost anything with a dragonfly and wear one every day) TFS
