This card is for Diane's HYCCT challenge to make a card that didn't require extra postage - virtual bonus points if you used a postage-themed something on the card. I stamped the individual children from The World Over onto sticker paper and punched them out with the postage stamp punch, colored them and stuck them onto the main panel around the stamped sentiment. That panel is popped up ever-so-slightly with 1/16" thick foam tape, so it's still well under the 1/4" cutoff for extra postage, and the twine "squishes" flat...
