Floral image stamped on watercolour paper and coloured with pencils, and finished off with some Liquid Pearl dots. It's layered on a pierced scalloped oval.
The base layer, I know it was watercolour paper heavily sponged with yellows and greens and a bit of shimmer, it was in my "spares" box. I embossed it with Swiss Dots, laid the lattice over, and then a frame cut with Labels 8. I stitched all round the edges - first time I've ever broken a needle on my card sewing machine, although I do it regularly while sewing! I added a sentiment tag - the ladybug has Glossy Accents, and the seam binding was dyed mopping up some spare Brusho spray one day. One more die-cut ladybug finished it off.

Sheeesh...you are making it hard for me to narrow down my "cards of the year" list!! Sabrina this is so beautiful, from the gorgeous colouring to the perfect stitching (so worth the broken needle) and the brusho dyed seam binding...this is wonderful my friend.

What beautiful colouring of a lovely autumn image! I really like the way you framed it with the narrow negative from the Label 8 die. The stitching is the icing on the cake! I've got to get me that lattice die! It looks fantastic over your background. Sweet card!

Flowers that are beautiful, yes, but the addition of the acorns in this image lends itself to fall! LOVE how you layered up the BG with the embossed panel and the double die cut layers - that ribbon was done "mopping up" some brushos?? Brilliant!
