WHEW! This was fun to make but it was a challenge. I have several Gorjuss Girl stamps but this is the first time I've used one. This one is LARGE so I am very glad I have a MISTI. I don't think I could have gotten a clean image without it. And because of the size I had to make an A7 card.
Black and dark reds can be challenging with Copics and it took 26 different markers for this card. Coloring on vanilla instead of white changes what you expect so I basically colored this twice to adjust the colors. After, I fussy cut her out.
For the F4A challenge I used the newspaper background DSP; the mixed media challenge this week to use office products incorporates ledger paper and a paper clip - I have two different products does that count as a 2 in 9-2-5? And finally my note contains a punctuation mark! (I purposely wrote the note in cursive as my way of saying it should still be taught in school.)
TFL!

Love your card, especially the subject! Great job on the shading and layering. I've been eyeing the Gorjuss Girl stamps for awhile. Nice to see it here and to find out how large it is.

Fantastic colouring! I love your very detailed card; everything works together so well for the theme. I have two teachers in the family plus retirees so this card really speaks to me. Wonderful!
