I did have this card mostly done yesterday, but decided to take a swim before dinner since the weather reports were showing rain for today. This stencil was a die cut piece in one of the kits in last years catalog. I coated it with Modge Podge and then sponged my ink through it after it was dry. I don't have any Pink Pirouette ink at the lake, so I used the retired Pretty in Pink. I colored the leaves in the stencil with a Starlight Gel Pen and then used a blender pen to add a small amount of Tempting Turquois ink. I sponged around the stencil with the three ink colors and touched here and there on the flowers with the Blackberry Bliss ink. The love is die cut from Tempting Turquois CS and the hearts from Blackberry Bliss CS. I added glitter and Crystal Effects to the small hearts.

Thanks, Kathy, for telling us how you created the stencil. What a great tip! I'm going to pick up my first jar of Mod Podge later today, using a 50% off coupon for Michael's for another project, and I'm just getting into stenciling. This card is SO pretty, and has lots of great techniques!
