Nothing fancy happening here at our house for the holiday and I was really excited to discover that our "clean and simple" challenge was to use back to school colors. it is Monday and I can honestly say my heart is very full. Yesterday was Fast Sunday and I taught my first Presidency message as the new Relief Society President. Our focus was September's Visiting Teaching message takling about a few of the "Divine Attributes of Jesus Christ" and as part of my lesson I highlighted one of my favorite Children's Hymns entitled "If the SavIor Stood Because Me" by Sally DeFord. I have had the song running through my head now for about three days, so I used it as part of my lesson Handouts. Pictured are both this month's book marks and also my visiting teaching inspirational cards. I love the bold primary colors...

Thank you for sharing the process for these wonderful bookmarks and inspiration sheets. I think you're very appreciated as a visiting teacher.
Good luck in your new calling.
