In my avatar photo, you can see I have two English cocker spaniels. The brown one, Shea, (a sister to the black one who I got as a tiny puppy) came to me at the age of 3 when my breeder got her back from a neglectful home. I had a wonderful 8 years with her but sadly a few months ago she got cancer and passed away. I wanted to make the breeder a card to thank her for sending Shea to live with me - she was the sweetest of dogs.
This particular English Cocker Spaniel stamp looks a lot like her. I stamped it in Vintage Photo as that colour is very close to her colour. I did a background of stars as the kennel is called Eclipse and the breeder loves all things cosmic.

This is so sweet to send to your breeder, Susan. I know that you miss Shea every day, so this is a wonderful way to honour she by letting the breeder know how much she meant to you. xx

What a wonderful card to send to the breeder that gave you a fantastic part of your family when you got Shea. This image is so stunning and you took the time to really make a card that incorporated your love for your dog and your breeders love for astronomy. Wonderfully done.
