I found this hankie print Duck Tape at the dollar store and knew right away what I'd create with it. I cased one of my own cards which also used tape but with snowflakes.
I made 15 kits and one example of this card to use in a class for an assisted living home but I left off the tiny black border and I much prefer this card, that tiny black border really makes a difference. I cut the border using a craft knife and Perfect Paper Crafting tools - Perfect Layers Mini, Perfect Cutting Mat.
