Frances is our new hostess over at CCEE Stampers. She tells us that this month is National Golf Month and asks us to create a card which features some type of sport, using the colour green. Bonus points for a golf-themed card, which rules me out!!
I used a Shy Bear stamp; cycling was the closest I could come to any sport. The Tour de France had a stage here in Ireland one year - it was up in the mountains (which must have seemed like mere hills compared with the French mountain stages) and we got some lovely re-surfaced roads for it!!
It's stamped on white card and coloured with Polychromos pencils - plenty of green in there.
For the base, I embossed white card with a chevron ef and sponged over it gently with black. I added some green grosgrain ribbon and snaps to finish it off.
